ARC
was founded in September 1971, by a group of local businessman. The
Recovery Center is a non-profit long-term shelter for men recovering
from alcoholism and/or drug addiction. Our mission is to
provide a safe recovery-oriented environment for these men to begin
again. Our focus is on accountability and responsibility.
We provide: Good Nutrition, A Place to Rest, and Loving
Support. Alcoholic Anonymous Meetings are held at the center
three times a week by local AA members.
